The Emperor kit from AMT is 1/6 scale, coming in just under 12" tall. Fairly simple build - body, head, one sleeve, cloak filler, two (actually three) hands, two boots, and a cane. The kit comes with two differently posed left hands. I glued a piece of aluminium tubing to the end of the sleeve with matching sized pieces in the cuffs of each hand, allowing me to change the hand display at will.
	The kit only needed one real bit of correcting. The edge of the hood was trimmed back almost 1/4" (that's 1 1/2 scale inches) from where it should have been. I restored the hood lip to the proper size. The sculpter, Chris Raven of Ravenstar Studios, told me that he originally sculpted the hood at the proper size, but AMT trimmed it back for molding purposes.
