C-3P0 and Chewbacca

Here's a few work-in-progress shots of the Screamin' Products 1/4 scale C-3P0.

I've decided to cut up 3P0 and place him in a net bag on Chewie's back, a la Cloud City Escape.

Here's an overall shot. The arm is glued together at the elbow but isn't glued in place on the body yet. The left shoulder has had some spare bits glued to it to make it look more functional. Later, I'll add broken wires and maybe a few bits of rod and tubing.

The feet also needed some attention, as the one still attached to the shin will be up-ended and highly visible.

Here's a couple of "proof of concept" shots of the abdomen wiring. The ones on the left are "A New Hope" style while the ones on the right are "Return Of The Jedi" style. Trying to decide which version looks better for "Empire" style.
